2022年9月7日，第八届欧洲论坛以线上线下结合方式在布鲁塞尔和上海同步举行，主题为“中欧双碳合作：开放共享，奔赴净零未来”，由中欧国际工商学院和欧盟中国贸易协会共同主办。应邀出席论坛的中国驻欧盟使团临时代办王红坚强调，中欧在绿色转型方向志同道合，在绿色合作领域大有可为，，在全球气候治理进程中共同发挥着压舱石作用；同时还就做大做强中欧绿色合作提出五点建议，包括深化在绿色复苏、环境技术、循环经济、清洁能源等领域的务实合作等，并可积极推进第三方绿色合作。近年来，面对气候变化带来的巨大挑战和可持续发展的要求，各国如何实现绿色低碳转型、推动经济“绿色复苏”，成为后疫情时代经济发展的关键议题。绿色转型成为各国新的经济增长点和国际竞争的新领地，气候变化和环境治理问题成为国际合作的重要抓手。

二 | 中国也采取调整产业结构、优化能源结构、节能提高能效、增加森林碳汇、建立市场机制等政策措施，在政府和产业界共同努力下，再生资源利用、储能、电动汽车等双碳相关产业发展迅猛。
